Terms of Service

1. Welcome

Greetings, players. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ranked Bedwars ("RBW", "we", "us", "our") and any of the services we offer (the "Services"), including our Discord Server, Bots, Minecraft Server, Website, and Store. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Please read these Terms carefully and pay particular attention to the following:

• Account Policy. Each player may only use one Discord account. Minecraft accounts, once linked, are linked permanently — you must not share your Minecraft or Discord account. See Section 3.
• Store purchases are non-refundable. Digital items are delivered immediately and are generally not eligible for refunds. Product descriptions and perks are subject to change. See Section 2.
• Enforcement. We reserve the right to refuse service and issue punishments — up to a permanent blacklist — for any violation of these Terms, including without providing specific reasoning. See Section 6.
• Third-party policies apply. By using our Services you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Tebex policies.
• Terms may change. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are announced in our Discord server. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance. See Section 9.

By registering a Ranked Bedwars account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using our Services immediately.

Ranked Bedwars is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Bedwars, Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

2. Description of Service

Ranked Bedwars is a competitive Minecraft Bedwars community. Our Services include:

• Minecraft Server — Where ranked and unranked matches are played.
• Discord Server — Provides support, game results, punishment notifications, and community interaction.
• Website — rbw.gg, with player stats, leaderboards, and match history.
• Store — rbw.gg/store, where cosmetic items and subscriptions may be purchased. Product descriptions and perks are subject to change.

These Terms apply across all of the above platforms.

Any prizes, rewards, or giveaways offered through Ranked Bedwars are subject to staff discretion and may require sufficient global participation. Players may be deemed ineligible for prizes, or prizes may be reduced, canceled, or withheld, if there is a global lack of participation in the relevant season, event, queue, or competition.

3. User Accounts

You may not create an account or use our Services if you are under the minimum age required to use Discord in your country, have previously been permanently banned or terminated by us, or are a convicted or registered sex offender. If you are under the legal age to enter a binding contract, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms on your behalf.

Account Policy

To protect competitive integrity, all accounts are subject to the following rules:

• One Discord account per player. Using multiple Discord accounts to participate in Ranked Bedwars is strictly forbidden.
• Multiple Minecraft accounts per Discord account are permitted. However, once a Minecraft account is linked to your Ranked Bedwars profile, that link is permanent. Sharing Minecraft accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Using purchased, borrowed, shared, or gifted accounts — even temporarily — runs the risk of violating our Account Policy. Official Minecraft accounts can be purchased at Minecraft.net.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your Ranked Bedwars account and associated data at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Upon deletion, your content licence ends once your data is removed from our systems.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited across all Ranked Bedwars platforms — including the Discord server, Minecraft server, website, and store:

• Impersonating staff members or representatives of Discord, Mojang, Bedwars, Minecraft, or Microsoft.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, damage, deface, or otherwise disrupt our Services or infrastructure.
• Impairing the performance of our Services through spam, excessive requests, or automated abuse.
• Collecting data from our Services in an unauthorized manner, including scraping or bots.
• Reverse engineering any part of our Services.
• Scamming, phishing, harassing, or attempting to harm other users on our Platform.
• Sharing another person's private information without their consent (doxxing), including names, addresses, IP addresses, or school information.
• Creating automated accounts or selling software that automates user actions on our Services.
• Buying, selling, renting, or trading accounts of any kind (Ranked Bedwars, Discord, or Minecraft).

Our Server Rules provide additional detail on in-game and community conduct expectations and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Termination

Violations of these Terms or any Ranked Bedwars policy may result in the following enforcement actions, applied at staff discretion:

• Warning — A formal notice of a rule violation.
• Communication Restriction — A temporary or permanent restriction on communication across the Platform.
• Gameplay Restriction — A temporary or permanent restriction from joining any queue on the Minecraft server, or participating in mini games or any other form of Player vs Player activity.
• Ticket ban — A temporary or permanent restriction from opening support tickets.
• Blacklist — Reserved for severe breaches. Results in permanent account disabilitation with no eligibility for reinstatement.

Punishments may be temporary or permanent. Users may appeal by opening a support ticket in our Discord server. Users who are banned may designate a representative to submit an appeal on their behalf.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

We make no uptime guarantees. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform and/or any of its Services at any time without notice or liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ranked Bedwars and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data and loss of in-game progress or statistics.

We are not responsible for any harm or damage caused by third-party content, links, or services accessed through our Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the safety of any third-party resources.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to announce them in our Discord server's updates channel. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

All documents display the date they were last updated at the top. It is your responsibility to review our policies regularly to stay informed of any changes.

For questions, support, or concerns regarding these Terms or our Services, please open a support ticket in our Discord server. Staff will respond as soon as possible.

For billing or payment issues, contact Tebex support directly, or open a support ticket before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Initiating an unapproved chargeback or dispute may result in a punishment.
